Postrelease in a Moscow hotel Dzhabrailov was fined four thousand
Former Senator from the Chechen businessman Umar Dzhabrailov, started a fire in a Moscow hotel Four Seasons, fined. About it reported in a press-service of the Tver court of Moscow, reports TASS on Thursday, October 26.
According to the representative of the court, Dzhabrailov was found guilty under part 1 of article 6.9 of the administrative code (“use of narcotic or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription or a new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances”). “The court (…) sentenced him to a fine in the amount of four thousand rubles,” — he said.
The press service added that a criminal case against the businessman in court did not arrive yet.
Earlier on 26 October, a source in law enforcement bodies reported that Dzhabrailov admitted his guilt, and the criminal case under article “Hooliganism”, is directed to the Tver district court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
The incident in the capital’s Four Seasons hotel opposite the Kremlin occurred on the evening of August 29. The police received the message about the violation of one of the guests of the house rules. Arriving officers detained Dzhabrailov, twice shot at the ceiling. Later he was released under recognizance not to leave.
The businessman after the incident admitted that he regrets what he did, and apologized. He said that shooting in a room tied to a state of nervous breakdown. According to Dzhabrailov, he shoot anyone not going and the gun were in possession for self-defense.
