The head of administration of Svetlogorsk of the Kaliningrad region Alexander Kowalski stated that he was shot in his front yard. On this portal Клопс.Ru Thursday, October 26, said the victim.
According to Kowalski, the attack took place on Saturday, October 21, around 0:00 on Kolomenskaya street. The mayor got a call from an unknown number and asked me to go out for a couple of minutes of conversation. When he opened shared between several houses the gate, a shot rang out.
“The unknown man was standing two feet away from me. I fell,” — said Kowalski. According to the mayor, the bullet hit him in the stomach. He lost consciousness about an hour and lay in the street.
When Kowalski awoke, he called friends doctors. According to doctors, the bullet’s internal organs are not hurt, it went right through. A statement to the police, the mayor did not write, explaining that it might have a negative impact on its business.
Now Kowalski is feeling better, his life is not in danger, he is at home.
