CLARK /Luzon island, Philippines/, October 24. /TASS/. The agreement between the Russian government and the government of the Philippines on military-technical cooperation was signed Tuesday.
Signatures under the document have put the Minister of defence of the Russian Federation army General Sergei Shoigu and the defense Minister of the Philippines Dolphin Lorenzana.
