In Kharkiv detained one of the passers-by girl Lexus
In Kharkiv, the police detained 20-year-old girl the evening of 18 October was down on the Lexus RX a group of pedestrians. The victims of the accident were five people, six more were injured. Wrote about this on his page in Facebook the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
The girl is in custody, netpolice and the Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine sent to court the petition for its arrest.
Avakov has offered condolences to the families of those killed in the accident. He noted that the incident was the result of “daring young”, neglect the basic rules of the road, a feeling of permissiveness from the “cool” cars and carelessness”.
The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine said that before the end of the year we need to enact laws that will allow the use of automatic video fixing of violations, stiff fines and a radical toughening the punishment for drunk driving.
We are talking about the accident, which occurred in Kharkov on Sumskaya street 18 Oct. The Lexus drove into a crowd. The investigating authorities opened a criminal case under part 3 St. 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which operate vehicles) the criminal code of Ukraine. This article provides till ten years of imprisonment.
