12 people were injured, according to preliminary data, the fire in a two story private home for the disabled in Irkutsk. It is reported RIA Novosti citing a source in the emergency services of the region.
The spokesman said that five injured are in serious condition. Only fire managed to bring 19 people.
Deputy head of EMERCOM in the region Victor Pashkov has told to Agency “Interfax” that the institution was functioning illegally — the organization does not appear in the Register of providers of social services. This fact will be tested in conjunction with the Ministry of social development, custody and guardianship of the Irkutsk region.
