The President of Turkmenistan gave Putin a puppy Alabai
SOCHI, October 11 — RIA Novosti. Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Vladimir Putin on last day of birth and gave the child a puppy Alabai named Faithful.
“I would like to start with a pleasant mission. Recently you have had a good day angel. Therefore, I heartily congratulate You, wish You a good health, success and all the very best”, — he said in the beginning of the meeting.
Berdimuhamedov noted the contribution of Putin in defense of the environment.
“We have a common one — it is the only dog Alabai. And today I brought this little Alabai”, he added.
After that, the hall where the meeting took place leaders, brought a pet carrier with a puppy. Berdimuhamedov took it from there and gave Putin.
Putin is known as a big dog lover, and foreign leaders often give them to the Russian President. So, in 2010 Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov gave Putin a Bulgarian shepherd puppy that was named Buffy. In 2012, the head of the Japanese Prefecture of Akita gave the President an Akita inu named Yume (Dream) as a thank you for helping after the earthquake and tsunami.
