At the sports ground of school No. 2 in Grozny, a football goal crushed 12-year-old sixth grade student. This was reported on the website of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Chechen Republic.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of 6 October. During the game the student is hanging on a loose design of the gates, and metal frame fell on his head. The boy died from traumatic brain injury.
“Now the consequence establishes the responsible officials of educational institutions, allowing the installation of a football goal with a safety”, — stated in the message of management. By results of check will be solved a question on excitation of criminal case.
In August, investigators opened a criminal case of negligence (part 1 of article 293 of the criminal code) in respect of the administration of the stadium “metallurg” in Lipetsk, where 16-year-old teenager received a broken jaw from falling on his head gate. As in Chechnya, the frame is dropped after a young man was hanging on the crossbar.
