Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg opened a criminal case on the death of a woman you are unable to drive an ambulance because of the ceiling in the centre of the city associated with opposition rallies. On Saturday, October 7, reported on the Agency’s website.
The case was brought on signs of the crime provided by part 1 of article 109 of the Russian criminal code (“Causing death on imprudence”).
It is noted that the 55-year-old woman who felt unwell, was sent by the doctors from the Mariinsky hospital. “Proezd Nevsky prospect was difficult. In this regard, this address was sent to another ambulance, which stated the death of the woman”, — stated in the message.
