The Soviet district court of Makhachkala arrested two natives of Dagestan during a trip to Syria controlled by Islamic state (ISIS, a terrorist organization banned in Russia) territory. After returning to Russia, fellow of the Centre for combating extremism of the MIA for the Republic of Chechenskoi promised them that after the surrender they will be able to avoid criminal liability, said “Bi-bi-si” the relatives of the women.
21 Oct two Dagestanis — Zagidat and Muslimat abakarova Kurbanov, the other five women and 14 children came from Syria to Ivan, the programme for the return home of families from the areas liberated from ISIS. There all were fingerprinted and interviewed, has issued the documents for those born outside of the country children.

They got delivered to the ROVD of the Soviet district of Makhachkala, where they spent three days. On 24 October the court sent them to jail. While the hearing was neither their relatives nor lawyers.
The mother of the two women claim that in Syria their fraud was taken away by the husbands. There girls did not participate in hostilities, and engaged in the education of children. At the same time in Russia they were put on the Federal wanted list for participation in an illegal armed formation.
