MOSCOW, October 24. /TASS/. The staff of special forces of Regardie riot police and SWAT can be translated into military service only at the beginning of 2019 because of a lack of funding. This was at a meeting in the Federation Council the first Deputy Director of Regardie Sergei Melikov.
