He said that to this rule there is an exception: if the stretch of road dangerous, if there is a fracture of the relief, or if it is a high-speed section, the inspectors should be guided by security considerations and positioning your car to avoid unwanted consequences.
“Only in these cases it is acceptable to install the vehicle with a partial closure either to the fracture of the relief, or any engineering structures”, — said Bykov.
