A resident of the Krasnoarmeyskiy district of Volgograd region rake recaptured seven year-old girl at a pedophile. On Thursday, October 12, RIA Novosti reported with reference to senior assistant of the head of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee, Natalia Kunitskaya.
According to investigators, 57-year-old man attacked the seven-year-old girl in Volgograd in late spring. The evening of may 21 he saw that the child walks in the yard of his home alone, without adult supervision. The street was deserted, so the pedophile approached the juvenile, and, holding the girl by force, “had committed violent acts of a sexual nature”.
At that moment a woman come by with a rake. She saw the rapist and hit him on the back of the garden tool. “Fearing the suspect fled, soon he was detained”, — told investigators.
The guilt a man fully recognized. Criminal case with the indictment under part 4 of article 132 of the criminal code (“Other actions of sexual character with application of violence to victim and use of a helpless condition of the victim, against the person, not reached fourteen-year age”) to the court. The maximum penalty may reach 20 years of imprisonment.
