It is noted that a third of foreigners is in the country illegally. In respect of 15 people made up administrative protocols on violation of the rules of entry to Russia and stay in it. Three migrants were forbidden to come into the country in the future.

As specifies “Fontanka” that the apartment had also found a gray cat, probably a purebred. About his fate is not known.

The publication also adds that the house “rubber apartment” was built in 1880. In the late XIX — early XX centuries, there lived many famous personalities. For example, from 1904 to 1940 in the apartment No. 22 was inhabited by a dancer and choreographer Joseph Kschessinska — the brother of the ballerina Matilda, who became the heroine of the eponymous film by Alexei Uchitel.
