Why Bulk goes to the aggravation

On Friday, for example, the Bulk and Co were not allowed the rally in St. Petersburg, Kursk and Chelyabinsk. And just this weekend he agreed immediately rallies in nine cities. But he chooses only those where permission was not received. After all the hype with Riot police and paddy wagons where photogenic boring pictures from “meeting with voters”.
