The state Duma has voted in favour of black lists of air passengers
A bill to toughen punishments for brawlers to the Board approved in the first reading.
Deputies Gordumy supported the inclusion of airlines blacklisted passengers, staged a brawl on Board the aircraft. At the meeting on Friday MPs voted for the adoption of appropriate amendments in the first reading.
The bill gives the airlines the right to be “stop-lists” of hooligans, and now this possibility of the carrier there is only a court decision.
In the human rights environment are concerned that the amendment would violate the rights of citizens.
The deputies supported the idea of giving airlines the right to decide whether to allow zaprometova previously passengers on Board. According to the adopted in first reading the draft law, a copy of the decision about appointment of administrative punishment for “failure by a person on Board the aircraft, lawful orders of the aircraft commander” should be sent to the carrier on Board the aircraft which was committed this administrative offence. Now a carrier can not make passenger to “stop list” without a court order. The amendments to the Code of administrative offences is only possible through a separate bill.
