Patriarch Kirill: insulting the religious feelings of one of the forms of extremism
TASHKENT, 29 Sep — RIA Novosti. The Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill in an interview with the mufti of Uzbekistan Alimov Smanjenom called insulting the religious feelings of one of the forms of extremism.
Thus traditional religion, according to the Primate, “are designed to strengthen the foundations of national existence.”
Patriarch Kirill urged religious leaders to “work with his flock, but to educate the congregation in the spirit of respect each other, care about the stability of public life, concern for the welfare of the state”.
He noted that sometimes there is not enough media delicately refer to people’s feelings, offended religious feelings of Orthodox Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, and in Russia in the framework of Interreligious Council of Russia, representatives of different religions react to this solidarity. “We believe that this is the right answer”, — concluded the Patriarch.
