Women in Saudi Arabia will be allowed to sit behind the wheel
The king of Saudi Arabia issued a decree ordering to begin issuing women with driving license by June 2018.
Women seeking this right was often arrested.
The campaign for the right of Saudi women to get behind the wheel of a car lasts for many years, but this “innovation” were traditionally conservative theologians.

Saudi state news Agency reported that “the Royal decree regulates the rules of the road, including issuance of driver’s licenses to men and women on an equal basis.”
According to the Royal decree in the country created a special Commission consisting of representatives of the ministries of interior, Finance, labour and social development, which must determine how to implement this decision of the king.
The king decided that the decree should be completed by June 2018.
