He then decided to escape and ran towards the front of the car. “Man, being in the coupler space, climbed through a rubber souffle on the outside of coupling cars and slipped and fell on the railway embankment. From the got injuries the man died at the scene,” — said the investigation Department on transport.
Established that the victim had been repeatedly convicted, and on the eve of death he was brought to administrative responsibility. The incident is conducted preliminary examination, the results will be a procedural decision.
