The US President Donald trump said that a military solution to the conflict with North Korea remains possible, but it is undesirable as will be devastating. This statement, as RIA Novosti reported, he made in a joint press conference with Prime Minister of Spain, Mariano Rajoy.
“The second option is still possible, but we don’t want, this could be devastating for North Korea,” — said the American leader.
In addition, trump has called on all States to act immediately in order to achieve the complete denuclearization of North Korea.
“All Nations must act now to be sure that the North Korean regime carried out complete denuclearization,” said the US President.
On 25 September the foreign Minister of the DPRK ri Yong Ho said that trump declared war on his country. Prior to that, he said that North Korea’s possession of nuclear weapons is a means of self-defense.
23 September the US air force bombers B-1B Lancer, escorted by fighters, flew in international airspace over the waters East of North Korea. The Pentagon said that thus was made “the demonstration of military capabilities available to the President Donald Trump”.
