In Venezuela, lined up in queue for hours for gasoline
Moscow. September 23. INTERFAX.RU — At gas stations in several States of Venezuela are lined up in queue for hours for gasoline, wrote in Friday’s El Universal.
In Caracas the waiting time reaches four hours, the queue number up to three hundred motorists.
The publication notes that fuel shortages may lead to disruptions in the food supply.
In the state of Merida, gasoline deficit is observed for five days. There are in the queue for three hours, while one tank is filled not more than 30 liters. Some gas stations are closed.
In Santa Barbara del Zulia gasoline go only to public transport and farmers.

The Minister of oil, Eulochio del Pino has promised in the near future to establish a system of distribution of fuel throughout the country, assuring citizens that the deficit will soon be resolved.
Venezuela, whose economy is largely dependent on oil revenues, is experiencing one of the worst crises in its history. In the country there is a shortage of food and many consumer goods — from toilet paper to medicines. The deficit and hyperinflation has led to the fact that the mass of the population is starving.
