Police in Spain have arrested a man suspected of involvement in the August bombings in Catalonia. This was announced by the interior Minister of the country Juan Ignacio Zoido on his Twitter page.

He noted that the arrest took place in the province of castellón. The alleged accomplice is a native of Morocco.
August 17, in Las Ramblas in Central Barcelona minibus ran over a pedestrian. Some time later, on the Diagonal Avenue, the car hit several police. The same evening in the town of Cambrils is another group of terrorists tried to attack in the Barcelona scenario. There among the victims were Russian. According to the latest data, as a result of attacks killed 16 people, another 130 were injured.
The responsibility for the incident was assumed by the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in Russia). According to law enforcement authorities, in extremistsa cell that is behind these attacks were 12 people. Four were arrested, five of them, including the main suspect Younes of Abuakwa, is eliminated.
