VLADIVOSTOK, September 22. /TASS/. Ships of Russia and China on Friday went to sea to participate in the active phase of international exercise “Sea interaction – 2017”, which will be held in the Japan and Okhotsk seas. About this informed the official representative of the Pacific fleet Vladimir Matveev.
“Today, the Navy of the people’s liberation army of China and the Pacific fleet went to sea for carrying out the active phase of the exercises “Sea interaction – 2017”. The output of ships was preceded by intensive work in the headquarters of the unified management of the exercise “Sea cooperation – 2017″. The maps were played all the episodes of the exercises, the commanders of the ships reported to the leadership about the readiness of the crews to conduct maneuvers and their decisions,” he said.
