In chemistry one of the most cited scientists was George Culpin, senior researcher of the Institute of chemical physics named after Semenov Russian Academy of Sciences. His citation index (Hirsch index) was 51 points. One of the most mentioned among physicists was Rashid Sunyaev, chief researcher, IKI RAS, with h-index equal to 104. George Culpin noted for research in the field of metal complex catalysis and work to create effective catalytic systems for the oxidation of saturated hydrocarbons. Rashid Sunyaev studied the CMB in the early Universe.
