According to investigators, 27-the summer inhabitant of Stavropol territory raped a 20-year-old girl in the company of drunken friends on 9 April 2005 in the village Novoromanovskoe Arzgirskogo district. It turned out that a year before the crime against the rapist got two criminal cases for theft of ferrous metal.
“After the crime the man disappeared, he was declared wanted,” — said in the message. Detectives continued the investigation: conducted forensic medical and biological examinations, checked information about the whereabouts of the fugitive, together with the inquiry.
It turned out that all this time the man lived in his native Dagestan, but under an assumed name. Finally, in September he was detained and taken into custody.
