The Ministry of defence informed US about the intention to stop attempts of attacks by Russian special forces and Syrian troops, the Syrian opposition militants. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry Igor Konashenkov, his words on Thursday, September 21, reports TASS.
According to Konashenkov, in the present time together with the Syrian army around Deir-ez-Zor to perform combat missions to destroy the militants of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG; banned in Russia) Russian soldiers of special operations Forces.
“Therefore, a special communication channel to the command of the Armed forces of the United States in al Udege (Qatar) in a rigid form is well-known that the attempts of the shelling of areas where there are militants SDS (Syrian democratic forces), will be immediately stopped.
