Kosachev responded to US threats about possible military action against the DPRK

The military operation of the USA and its allies against the DPRK will compel Pyongyang to answer to available means, and Russia will not allow Washington such experiments on its borders, said the head of the international Committee of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.
U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson said earlier that Washington is trying to find a peaceful solution to the Korean problem, but a military option is also allowed, although not necessary in the first place. US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley said that the United States has exhausted the opportunity to resolve the North Korean problem in the framework of the United Nations. She noted that if the DPRK will threaten the security of the United States and its allies, will be destroyed.
