It is established that the substance was a blood mixed with formaldehyde. Representatives of the city authorities sent an inspection at the scene revealed that the source of the leak was not a municipal Sewerage system and the equipment on private land.
It is noted that the leak lasted about 20 minutes before the undertaker managed to stop the blood flow.
