MOSCOW, September 12. /TASS/. Russia is seriously concerned about the findings of the UN observer mission on human rights in Ukraine regarding the observance by Kiev of its obligations. This was stated on Tuesday at the foreign Ministry.
“I regret that the so-called bread truce announced June 24, was repeatedly subjected to violation on the part of Kiev, and he controlled the armed forces,” – said in Russian depodesta.
