Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that by mid-autumn it is determined who will be engaged in the development of the Arctic — the state company or Agency.
“The issue requires a landing, because to discuss the issues of the Arctic in the framework of the state Commission impossible. There are different options — either to assign one of the Federal bodies of Executive power maintenance of the complex issues in the Arctic, and to create from scratch a state-owned company that will require four to five years, to entrust one of the existing state-owned companies”, — he told journalists during a visit to the far Eastern plant “Zvezda”.
“Now this question is discussed in the framework of the state Commission. I think that by the middle of the fall issue will ripen”, — said Rogozin.
