Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the head of Kabardino-Balkaria Yuri Kokov, and the inhabitants of the Republic, 460-year anniversary of the voluntary entering into the Russian state, noting dynamic development and economic potential of the region.
According to Medvedev, this historic event was of great importance for the country. He stressed that after the Kabardians, the Circassians, the Circassians, the Balkars into a single, powerful Russian state voluntarily joined the other peoples of the North Caucasus.
“Today, the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is developing dynamically, strengthened its economic potential, improving people’s lives. This is one of the most beautiful landscapes, picturesque scenery which, healthy air and mineral springs attract here many tourists, visitors, spas and resorts, lovers of mountaineering and skiing,” — said in a telegram published on the government website.
Medvedev stressed that all guests Kabardians welcome you with genuine kindness and warmth. He expressed confidence that hard work and dedication to help the inhabitants of the Republic to continue to achieve high results and proved traditions of peace and friendship will serve as a shining example to all peoples of Russia.
The Prime Minister wished the residents of the CBD, good health, prosperity and new successes in work for the good of the Republic and the whole Russia.
