Tillerson warned Lavrov that Russia is ready to sue US
During a telephone conversation on 5 September, foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov drew the attention of the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson on the opportunity of the trial because of Russia’s departmenet in the United States. This is stated in the statement published following the results of negotiations Ministers of the two countries.

He reminded Tillerson about the statement of Vladimir Putin, who told Russia’s readiness to go to court because of the actions of Washington.
That the foreign Ministry was instructed to apply to the court for the closure of the Russian diplomatic missions in the United States, Vladimir Putin said at a press conference on the results of the BRICS summit in China. The President noted that his actions Washington had made “a clear violation of property rights of the Russian side”.
