Photo: RIA Novosti The two-day scientific-practical conference, during which election officials and experts will discuss the improvement of legislation and the election process will begin on Thursday at the site of the Russian Central election Commission, work will continue in the format of thematic sections on Friday on the basis of the Public chamber. In the conference “Electoral system of Russia: formation experience and development prospects” will take part representatives of Federal and regional authorities, scientific and expert community, public figures and human rights activists, representatives of political parties and the media. The participants plan to discuss the results of the election campaign of 2016, as well as to voice suggestions for improvement of the legislation and the electoral system as a whole. Russia will deploy a space monitoring complexes in the Altai, the far East and in Crimea
