Gumperz in Aleppo frustrated because of the unwillingness of the UN and the actions of terrorists. This was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia major-General Igor Konashenkov.
“Russia has repeatedly entered the humanitarian pause in Aleppo on different duration periods of time”, – said the Russian defense Ministry.
With the delivery of humanitarian aid breaks down for two main reasons, the Ministry reported. First and foremost, the UN is not ready for the delivery of humanitarian aid, and secondly, the terrorists do not know that with them, someone agreed.
Konashenkov also said that the Ministry of defence there is no official information about the alleged agreement, “the armed opposition” to the delivery of humanitarian aid in Aleppo. And if this agreement is reached, then someone fires humanitarian approaches, asks the representative office.
“Who is firing mortars and makeshift rocket launchers on residential areas in Western Aleppo?”, – said Konashenkov.
He concludes that the opposition can be terrorists, who the night kill civilians, and conduct talks with UN officials.
