Council has set fines for truancy plenary sessions
For each missed plenary meeting will be held one-sixth of the salary of the Deputy. Just a month held six plenary meetings of the state Duma.
MOSCOW, 16 Oct — RIA Novosti. The state Duma adopted amendments to the regulations that establish fines for non-attendance of deputies plenary meetings without a valid reason.
