SOCHI, November 16. /TASS/. Attempts to represent the events in Crimea and Donbas as an armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine are contrary to reality. So the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov commented on media reports that the issue may be considered by the International criminal court (ICC).
