The absence of the plenary session will cost MP in the sixth part of the salary
Moscow. 14 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — the state Duma Committee on rules and organization of work chambers at the meeting on Monday recommended the adoption of amendments to the regulations that impose monetary penalties for members of the truancy plenary sessions, reported “Interfax” member of the Committee Vladimir Pozdnyakov (CPRF).
He explained that during the plenary sessions registration takes place three times: at 10:00, 12:00 and 16:00, the MP must register at least once a day to be considered present at the meeting of the chamber.

The mechanism of deprivation of the salary will be practiced, since it is necessary to accurately identify the guilt of the truant. In accordance with the amendments, the guilty will reveal the house Committee on rules and organization of work.
In addition, according to Pozdnyakov, the question is whether the card is for voting to remain in the plenary hall or the MP will be obliged to always carry it with you. If the card is for voting, as now, will be in the plenary hall permanently, for the absent Deputy will be able to register and vote in its neighbour. In this case, a system of fines, according to him, will not work.
He believes that the amendments to the regulations can be considered as soon as possible — if the document will be submitted to the Duma Council on Tuesday 15 November, on Wednesday the chamber will be able to vote for him and to impose monetary penalties.
