Company Rosneft acquired a 50% stake in Bashneft in accordance with the law. A criminal case on this fact will not be held. This TV channel “Zvezda” said the acting head of the Department on interaction with mass-media SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.
“The acquisition of shares of “Bashneft” done legally and is not the subject of a criminal investigation”, – she said.
The Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev was detained November 15. He is suspected of receiving a large bribe for the evaluation, which allowed Rosneft to buy out state shares of “Bashneft”.
Investigators said that the speaker with threats extorted two million dollars. A complex of operative actions for detention of the Minister conducted the staff of the Federal security service.

The Privatization Of “Bashneft”
The government announced the privatization of Bashneft in February 2016. On her action, then claimed about 10 companies.
