BELGRADE, November 13. /TASS/. International exercise “Slavic brotherhood 2016” ended near Belgrade a solemn ceremony, the Russian and Belarusian military personnel throughout the day will fly to Russia. This was announced by the Department of information and mass communications of the Russian defense Ministry.
