VLADIKAVKAZ, on 9 November. /TASS/. The Committee “Mothers of Beslan” plans to create in Beslan, international centre for counter-terrorism, said TASS co-Chairman of the Committee Aneta Gadieva. The timing of the establishment of the center have not been announced.
