In Volgograd was opened a criminal case on the fact of abuse of national flag due the janitors who cleans the leaves with the help of the tricolor. On Wednesday, November 9, reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
On 7 November, the regional head office of the Ministry of internal Affairs said that crime in the actions of the employees was not discovered, and refused to initiate criminal proceedings. The wipers have lost awards and have received reprimands, and the boss of the area was released from his position. Later that same day, the Prosecutor’s office traktorozavodskogo district has cancelled the decision about refusal in excitation of business. Such decision is explained by the incompleteness of the conducted verification activities.
October 26, a local resident had informed the police that he had witnessed the harvesting of the fallen leaves in the flag of Russia. He also published a video from the event. The janitors said that the flag, which was removed foliage is not Russian, because the colors on the flag was inverted and the red was on top.
