The appointment of Fradkov, the head of “Almaz-Antey”. What does it mean?
Vladimir Putin appointed Mikhail Fradkov Director of the Russian Institute for strategic studies. The decision was taken at a meeting of the President with the head of the rostec Corporation Sergei Chemezov. Fradkov also will be tasked to lead the Board of Directors of “Almaz-Antey”.
