Ukraine responded to a request by the detainee in Ukraine, the Russian citizen Viktor Ageev, he is in the Luhansk region, told RIA Novosti Ombudsman of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova.
Moskalkova said earlier that it had sent its Ukrainian counterpart, Valeria Lutkovska appeal on the detainee in Ukraine Ageev. The office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine has promised to react to it. Later, the representative of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for human rights Mikhail Chaplya told RIA Novosti that Moskalkova asked to locate Ageeva and to see if complaints about the conditions of detention and medical assistance. Earlier in the self-proclaimed Luhansk people’s Republic said that on June 24, two militiamen were killed, four abducted Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in Donbas in the area Bakhmutskaya track.
