A resident of a Synthon Salvador Segovia decided to meet hurricane Harvey in the city. His children and grandchildren left, asking him to look after my dog Otis.

Friday night, Segovia left Otis with food and water on the veranda.

At night, the dog ran away — perhaps frightened by the storm, Otis was able to open the door and escape to the street. Segovia was not able to summon dog night nor morning; he didn’t know where she went.

But Otis saw Tiel, Tokens. She, too, remained in the city and in the morning when the hurricane passed, went to check on the condition of the houses evacuated friends and relatives. On the way she met a dog that was just walking down the street holding a big wad of poop in his mouth, as if she is fulfilling an important mission.

Tokens, posted the photo on Facebook and went after the dog she wanted to make sure it’s not lost.

The dog’s not lost. Otis came to his house, climbed the porch, put the pack of food on the floor lay down beside.

As it turned out, Otis is a local favorite. In Synthon only five thousand inhabitants, and many of you know this dog. She calmly walks through the city and goes to stores where it is treated to ice cream and hamburgers. “He has a very sad expression, and people become excited every time I see him,” said Segovia.

The man believes that Otis came to a hardware store that sells dog food, somehow got inside, found a big pack and carried it. Dog familiar with this place: the owner of the store is constantly fed him.
