More than 1 thousand foreign participants WFMS signed up for the trip to the regions of Russia

More than a thousand foreign participants of the world festival of youth and students (WFMS) signed up for a trip to the Russian city within the framework of the regional programme of the festival. This is stated in the press service of the festival, which was received by TASS on Thursday.
“For the first time in the history of the festival movement, the event will involve the whole country, from 14 to 17 October 2017 in the framework of the XIX world festival of youth and students held a regional programme for foreign participants. At the moment signed up 1085 participants from 102 countries”, — stated in the message.
The press service said that foreign participants will travel to 15 cities, including Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Makhachkala, Moscow, Kazan, St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg.
“For the regional programme developed a single module providing for the opening ceremony of the festival, organization of discussion platforms with the participation of foreign participants and youth in the region, conducting cultural and entertainment events”, — stated in the message. For each subject of the Russian Federation establishes a certain theme, such as “Economics for the future development”, “Culture of peace.
