MOSCOW, August 28. /TASS/. Russia will raise the question of international rules of conduct in the information field at the UN General Assembly, which opens September 12 in new York. This was the special presidential envoy for international cooperation in the field of information security Andrey Krutskikh announced the newspaper “Izvestia”.
