The guardianship and guardianship of the Ministry of education of the Moscow region arranged in families with the beginning of the year more than 900 children-orphans, said the first Deputy Chairman of the regional government Olga Zabralova. Her words quoted RIAMA on Monday, August 7th.
“From 215 972 child was adopted,” said Zabralova.
She also noted, in the majority of children left without parental care (24 thousand) are raised in families. More about thousands of thousands are the so-called orphanages, children’s homes and boarding schools.
Only in the Moscow region operates 38 territorial units for guardianship.
19 Jul Zabralova said that this year the apartments will provide 762 orphans in 64 municipalities of the region. For these purposes more than 1.9 billion rubles.
In late may, the Minister of education of Moscow region Marina Zakharova said that over the past four years the number of orphanages in the region has almost tripled — from 44 to 15.
