The first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Vladimir Jabbarov in an interview with RT, called the possible declaring Russia “aggressor country” another attempt of Ukraine to push the country and the Western world.

Ukraine is not fulfilling the Minsk agreements and it’s clear that it (the execution of the agreements. — RT) stalled through the fault of Kiev. He noted that in the case of adoption by Ukraine of the norms of Russia as “aggressor state” relations between Kiev and Moscow will undergo further deterioration. Russia, in turn, can respond to this ad response, but their development and implementation is the responsibility of the Ministry of foreign Affairs and political leadership of the country, concluded Jabbarov.
Earlier it became known that the representative of the Ukrainian President at the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko said that according to the new law on the reintegration of Donbass for the first time Russia will be called the “aggressor” at the level of the Ukrainian legislation.
