KRASNOYARSK, August 30 — RIA Novosti. Court in Krasnoyarsk sent for two months under house arrest the owner of Krasnoyarsk boarding house for the elderly, where on Monday the fire killed the three inmates, told RIA Novosti the official representative of GSU SK across the region Olga Shamanic.
A fire in a private hotel “Pearl” began in Krasnoyarsk microdistrict Pokrovka Monday afternoon and spread over an area of 200 square meters, but was quickly extinguished. Three were killed and one woman was injured. According to regional authorities, 26 residents of the burned house sent to the regional institutions of social protection of the population, seven relatives took away.
A criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, it is transferred to the Central office of the UK.
“Only that the Zheleznodorozhny district court on petition of a consequence has chosen the measure of restraint in the form of home arrest for two months. The investigation requested the arrest due to the fact that the defendant had a real opportunity to exert pressure on witnesses and victims to change their testimony in its favor, could destroy possible evidence in a criminal case,” said Shaman.
Earlier it was reported that this private institution was not included in the register of social service providers, which is formed by the Ministry of social policy of edge.
