In Russia may introduce a fine for driving a car not passing inspection

MOSCOW, 24 Aug — RIA Novosti. In Russia may introduce a fine for driving which has not passed inspection, and for “a discrepancy between the vehicle the mandatory safety requirements”, the bill, posted on the Internet portal of normative legal acts.

The fine will be 800 rubles.

“In the framework of strengthening of the liability of owners of vehicles introduces administrative responsibility for the management of the vehicle in respect of which was not carried out inspection, including automatic commit these offences by cameras on the roads”, — stated in the explanatory note to the draft.

Authority to bring to administrative responsibility for the offense is supposed to endow the Ministry of the interior.
