The court allowed the arrested ex-Governor White to marry in jail
MOSCOW, 22 Aug — RIA Novosti. The judge of Presnensky court of Moscow on Tuesday has allowed former Governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh to get married in the detention center, told RIA Novosti his lawyer, Marina Yarosh.
Previously, White was already married, but that Union ended in divorce.
“The judge told us that granted the petition for permission to marry” — said Yarosh.
According to the lawyer, first bride Catherine Reifert questioned as a witness, so the wedding will allegedly take place one week after the first meeting of the court.
At the request of the investigation, 24 Jun 2016 White caught red-handed receiving a bribe of 400 thousand euros in one of the Moscow restaurants. The ex-Governor could not explain how he was caught in a restaurant with bundles of cash, but the bribe itself is not guilty and intends to prove his innocence in court.
Shortly after the arrest of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has removed White from office of the Governor in connection with loss of trust.
